I don't know, is Jim Webb a Bigot just as the Dems (RK especially) say about those that agree with Virgil.
I suspect the later.... but you never know, he was wrong on reducing the size of the Navy, when Reagan wanted too during the cold war, Kicking Iraq out of Kuwait, and finally deposing Sadaam.
