Stonewall Brigade returns to Staunton Armory 2007.~Veterans Day 2009 ... honoring all who served~
Five words that many veterans have never heard ... "Thank you for your service." Today is Veterans Day and a time to recognize those who have served, sacrificed, and protected our freedom.
They are everywhere in the community ... 24 million veterans and 1.4 million active military. Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Desert Storm, Vietnam, Korea, World War II ... peacetime and in war, they are the front line of defense for America.
I will be taking time today to remember these American heroes. We owe them everything.
