At a time when the economy is slowing ... local high school and college students are graduating and entering the work force ... and more people are moving into the area ... Reo Distribution in Waynesboro is looking to add up to 200 jobs to the local work force.
Tom Sikes, director of global logistics, is working with representatives of a Chinese furniture company to secure shipping rights for Reo Distribution which could generate up to $5 annually for Waynesboro.
The imports would help establish an international trade zone for the city with distribution throughout the U.S. The Waynesboro News Virginian has more.
