RPV Convention photos - Part 7: The protesters

Friday night of the RPV Convention ... we were on our way to dinner when we came across this handful of protesters so, being bloggers, we had to stop and snap a few photos.

Yankee Phil photographing the protesters.

A handful of protesters stood on the corner of Richmond's Broad Street the Friday night of the convention to protest Vice President Dick Cheney's appearance at the Commonwealth Gala.

You can holler "Impeach" and "End the War Now" and all the other commentary you have ... but holding an American flag upside down shows the upmost disrespect for this country and makes me wonder at the mentality of that person. Does he not realize he has been safe since 9/11 with no bombs dropping on his head in the war on terrorism?

I would love for impeachment proceedings to begin. What great press for the GOP. Can you imagine the moonbats coming out of the woodwork? I especially like the Impeach Cheney signs. He has NO authority. You can't impeach him. You must first impeach the President.
Then again, I think Bush should tell all these bums, "See ya!, Let's see how you like having a President Cheney!"
