Richmond Times-Dispatch & News Virginian running late

Due to weather conditions, the Richmond Times-Dispatch and Waynesboro News-Virginian newspapers are running late this morning. Since they are both delivered by the same carrier, it's difficult to know when the hard copy will show up.

So for those of you in the SWAC area, here are the morning headlines from the News-Virginian.
