Rob Bell: 'Tebow Bill' passes out of subcommittee

Update on Tebow Bill from Delegate Rob Bell (R-58th House)....

Dear Homeschooling friend:

This morning the House Bill 1442 (the "Tebow Bill") passed out of subcommittee with a 7-1 vote!

I was pleased for so many people to come through the snow to show their support at 7:30 am. Among those supporters was Sydney Bowman -- a homeschooler who told the committee about her hope is to one day wrestle in high school.

The next step for the bill is the full Education Committee. The Tebow Bill will be before this committee on Monday, January 28th at 9 am in House Room C in the General Assembly Building in Richmond. It is crucial that we have a large group come to show support!

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.  Thanks again for your help!

Sincerely,
Rob Bell
Delegate, 58th District
