Bomber suspect's dad: 'All hell will break loose' if son killed

Really? The father of the Boston Marathon bomber suspects is threatening America? From ABC News:
The father of a suspected Boston Marathon bomber called on his son today to give up peacefully, but warned the U.S. that if his son is killed "all hell will break loose."

Anzor Tsarnaev spoke to ABC News from his home in the Russian city of Makhachkala as Boston police carried out an intense dragnet for his son Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, survived a running gun battle with police during the night that left an MIT security officer dead and a Boston cop badly wounded. His older brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, died in the shootout.

The father said he spoke to his sons by phone earlier this week. "We talked about the bombing. I was worried about them," Anzor Tsarnaev said.

He said his sons reassured him, saying, "Everything is good, Daddy. Everything is very good."

The elder Tsarnaev, in a series of conversations with ABC News, insisted that his sons were innocent, but said he would appeal to his son to "surrender peacefully."

"Give up. Give up. You have a bright future ahead of you. Come home to Russia," the dad said.

The father warned, however, "If they killed him, then all hell would break loose."

"If they kill my second child, I will know that it is an inside job, a hit job. The police are to blame," the father told ABC News. "Someone, some organization is out to get them."

Anzor Tsarnaev said that his sons were "set up" and that they are "very nice kids" who have no experience with weapons and explosives.
There is so much wrong with those comments not the least of which is the father's blame of America if his son, suspected of setting off two bombs that killed three people and injured over 100 others, some permanently, is killed in the massive manhunt now going on in Boston.

The next is his apparent knowledge of the bombing. "Give up. You have a bright future ahead of you. Come home to Russia," he said. He knew and yet was willing to overlook it for his sons to get out and join him in Russia. They killed people!

Inside job? Is the guy delusional? Puh-leeze.

Look, I'm as protective a parent as the next one but if my kids did something like that, I would not be encouraging them to run. This man's sons are suspected of some very serious crimes -- there were deaths as well as people who had limbs amputated from the extremely damaging bombs that were set to cause the most damage. We don't even know the extent of other injuries. Is there no sympathy and kindness toward the victims?

I am at a loss of words to a father who would sit in another country and threaten the U.S. in this manner....
