Bob Stuart's "Valley Politico" blog now up and running

Yesterday was the kick-off of Waynesboro News Virginian reporter Bob Stuart's "Valley Politico" blog in which he will comment on political issues locally, statewide, and even on the national level.

His first blog post, clocked in at 10:41 am on Monday, had to do with changes in the air for the Republican Party of Virginia. Titled "It's a full-blown earthquake," Bob wrote:
The fault line in the Virginia Republican Party is more like that from an earthquake, not a minor jolt.

Witness this past weekend’s Virginia GOP Convention where former Gov. Jim Gilmore barely garnered enough delegates to become the party’s U.S. Senate nominee, and the trouncing of state GOP Chairman John Hager by Prince William Del. Jeff Frederick.
That's just the beginning of what will probably become a habit for Bob Stuart who has followed politics since his teens.

Welcome to the blogosphere, Bob!
