Opened in March, it retros back to the 1950s with its black-and-white tile floor and tables and chairs.

Everything is made on-site. They offer 14-18 rotating flavors of their specialties ... homemade ice cream made fresh every day, homemade authentic Italian gelato, and fresh homemade sorbet, all produced on location. Check out their mouth-watering menu to see all that is offered.

Summer hours have now kicked in to take advantage of the night life of historic downtown Staunton. The Split Banana will stay open until 12:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights along with their 10 p.m. closing on week nights.
