Tragedy on the mountain -- UPDATED: Suspects caught

[UPDATED 5-12-09: Two suspects have been arrested in the stabbing death of Opal Page, 73, who was founded murdered in her home in Afton last Wednesday.

The Waynesboro News Virginian has the story of the arrests of the 18- and 20-year-old men who were charged with first degree murder and larcency. Sad ... murder in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

From the Waynesboro News Virginian:
Nelson County Sheriff’s investigators are now seeking two unidentified men in the killing of Opal Page, 73, discovered Wednesday stabbed to death in her Afton home.

Nelson County Sheriff David Brooks said he is not “dismissing or ruling anything out’’ as for the motive in the woman’s killing.
