Hot summer afternoon

Sunflowers in the garden were, well, soaking up the sun.

Not sure what this delicate little flower is called but it smells wonderful.

Freshly laundered curtains dried quickly on the clothes line in the hot August sun.

It was one of those steamy summer days that remind us that warm temperatures won't be around for much longer and students will be soon returning to school.
