Meh. This one is a little bit iffy. On one hand, she shouldnt have been poking through the email, but on the other, the company is at fault for being door knob stupid. At first I thought she did it by simply setting up a rule that forwards all her email to her new account. Something lots of folks do who have had an email address for a long time to ensure they dont miss anything important from friends who dont know about her new address. Thats simple enough, and hardly something to go to jail over. But this? I think its the companies idiocy that stands out the most.
Good find!
