Today's Survey USA has Bob McDonnell up +19 over Creigh Deeds ... and the news is also good for Bill Bolling who is up +14 and Ken Cuccinelli who is up +15. As the gap widens closing in on Election Day, could it be that the citizens of Virginia are sending a message to Barack Obama and Washington?
