Out and about Staunton this morning....

Dark skies over the Alleghanies this morning about 9:30 ... rain showers expected today with a high of 60s early in the day, then temps dropping as a cold front moves through.

Maples are changing fast in Staunton.

North Coalter Street in Staunton.

Heading west out of Staunton on Rt. 250 past Gypsy Hill Park. Follow this road and you will end up in Highland County where the sugar maples are brightly colored.

SWAC Husband and I were out early this morning and will be heading back out shortly for a busy October weekend. There is so much going on as we enjoy these beautiful autumn days. Dark clouds are hanging over the mountains today as a cold front moves through.

Happy birthday to my sister, Gail ... birthday hugs, Gilly Gull!
Here is a listing of many Autumn in the Valley happenings.
