Iowa voted for pre-9/11 candidates?

David Horowitz's Front Page Magazine has an article out today arguing that Iowa caucus participants made winners of candidates who do not have the foreign policy experience necessary to lead our country at a time of worldwide terrorism ... a pre-9/11 mentality. Interesting read.
