Congressman Bob Goodlatte was in the Stuanton 4th of July parade after returning the night before from Iraq and Afghanistan on a visit to U.S. Armed Forces. On a fun-packed day, it was a reminder of the freedoms we enjoy and the freedom the Iraqi citizens also now enjoy.

The Goodlatte float had signs to thank U.S. military and veterans. "Win the War" and "Thank You, Veterans" signs were prominent.
Augusta County Sheriff Randy Fisher was in charge of the Goodlatte balloons which went quickly once the parade began.
