Ben Marchi, Virginia Director of Americans for Prosperity, addressed the tea party at Staunton's Gypsy Hill Park on Thursday. His message of responsible spending and lower taxes resounded with the crowd, many who have traveled on the AFP buses to Washington and Richmond to send that message to elected representatives.

Hey, I remember that guy! He was in Danville in front of a fancy looking bus talking about the health care reform bill. He sure must care about Southside VA even though he hasn't been back here since then. He told the 100 people that Southside was important!
Fooey. I hate partisanship, whether it's coming from the left or right.
Feel better now?
You must have really hated that partisan government-run health care bill that was recently passed by only Democrat votes against the will of the majority of the U.S. citizens.
Americans for Prosperity, led by Ben Marchi, has stood up for Virginia voters (and Americans nationwide) for responsible spending, free enterprise, educating voters about issues, removing government overreaching into private industries and lives, and more.
Partisan? Only for the American people and Virginians in particular.
You got that right. I hated that bill and still do.
I guess I'm just not enthralled by any partisan groups anymore. I respect your support for Marchi and AFP but to me, it's hacktivism.
SouthsideCentral isn't listed on AFP's website like your site is. Maybe that could change my mind... Heh.
