Palmer ... 1991-2011. This photo was taken in December.
We lost our Palmer Kitty a week ago today. His files have been closed out at the vet's office and today a condolence card arrived in the mail addressed to our family.
Westwood Animal Hospital in western Augusta County sent a "Thinking of You" card that read, "With heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your friend." It was signed, "Sincerely, Westwood Animal Hospital."
Then many of the employees added their names ... Tina, Laura, Leslie, Carol, Elizabeth, Jill, Shelley, Danielle, Barbara, Amanda Riddle, Dr. Nikki Clayton, Dr. Laura Kelgh, Dr. Buhrman, Sarah, Carolyn, and Stan. At a time when we're still missing our little furry friend, that was a nice gesture from Westwood. Thank you.
