Now she's considering suing the mall, as she and her lawyer announced on ABC News Good Morning America today. Watch the interview video and read the comments at the GMA website ... most appear to be overwhelming against her.

UPDATE: The Reading Eagle (Pa) has posted Internet sensation also faces charges, has record in which they began by writing, "The woman whose fall into a fountain at the Berkshire Mall went viral is accused of making purchases with a co-worker's credit cards. That wasn't the first time she was in trouble with the law."
