Del. Chris Saxman said Monday he will introduce a constitutional amendment in next month’s General Assembly to protect the state’s right-to-work law.The 2009 General Assembly begins January 14, 2009.
The Staunton delegate’s anxiety about Virginia’s right-to-work status is in part motivated by pending federal card check legislation.
