Pepsi + wreck = carbonated spill on I-64

Pepsi brand soft drinks were spilled onto I-64 Wednesday when a delivery tractor trailer overturned in the westbound land near exit 91.

The cause of the wreck reportedly was due to a smaller truck slowing in the acceleration lane to turn into the "Authorized Vehicles Only" crossover to reach the east side of the interstate. The larger Pepsi truck hit the rearend of the smaller truck before flipping over and scattering his load.

The driver of the smaller truck was charged with reckless driving.
