Alarming questions continue as Obama refuses to answer birth certificate lawsuit

Barack Obama is running for President of the United States. We are 10 days away from the election. Yet questions continue about his legality to run for the highest office in the country ... questions that the Obama campaign and lawyers refuse to answer.

The U.S. Constitution requires Presidential candidates to be natural born U.S. citizens. It has been alleged that Obama was born in Kenya.

According to NewsMax.com:
A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” of the United States took an unusual twist this week, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama’s lawyers to produce a “vault” copy of his birth certificate expired with no response from Obama or his lawyers.

The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.

Berg's suit and allegations have set off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president. But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.
As questions continue to swirl, additional lawsuits questioning Obama's status as a natural-born U.S. citizen have been filed in Hawaii, Washington, California, Florida, Georgia, New York, and Connecticut.

Listen to Philip Berg on the Michael Savage show earlier this week. Continuous coverage is available at the blog Obama Crimes.

Another hype site. Doesn't it occur to even the dimmest bulbs that this issue had to have been resolved long ago or Obama would not have been allowed to run by the Democrats -- forget the Republicans.

Why can't you post something principled and interesting about a real topic -- take your pick -- rather than following the low road of sensationalistic blogging.

I don't really expect you to publish this but I certainly hope you read it and take a moment to think about the purpose of public communication.

Let me be sure I understand what you're saying. I'm to trust the Democrats to be sure this guy has been properly vetted? And I'm to take this suggestion from someone who posts as "Anonymous"?

While in ordinary times what you say is true, you will have to forgive me if I prefer to have others verify Obama's citizenship.

To ignore a court order is newsworthy enough. Why didn't his lawyers follow through with the judge's order to produce a birth certificate? Seems simple enough ... and then the entire issue would have been put to rest. Instead, it has spawned seven additional lawsuits in seven other states.

Meanwhile, as the author of this blog, I choose what I care to write about. If you disagree, feel free to real elsewhere or start your own blog. Enjoy your day!

Doesn't sound like it has been resolved since Obama refused to submit a Passport.

The way I always saw it, Obama could put this rumor down so fast that it should never be allowed to get the chance to spread. I remain a little skeptical of the rumor, but I simply cannot bring myself to dismiss it because Barack Obama has given me no reason to.

CR, you said it very well. It seemed so easy to quell the rumor ... so why didn't Obama's campaign do so? Because of their refusal to respond or produce said birth certificate, it has conjured up more suspicion.

I'm the expert, and the only one, who proved, conclusively, indisputedly, and honestly, that the images posted to OBama's website (Fight The Smears), the Daily Kos blog, and FactCheck.org, were all made from a single image.

This image was made from a scan of a real, 2007 Hawaiian "Certificate of Live Birth," (COLB) that belonged to someone other than Obama (No, not his sister).

This image was then imported into a graphics program like Photoshop where the existing text was covered over with portions of the background patter, and on top of that, fraudulent information was written to make the image LOOK like it was OBama's COLB.

I proved this over four months ago, and have been collecting and analyzing information ever since.

Not only did I discover the methods used by the forger, I validated my discovery be using them to create an Obama COLB clone.

People say, "what about the Factcheck photos?" that were allegedly taken of a real COLB on August 22.

The answer is that they are all bogus as well.

You can read about my research here, on Free Republic:

as well as my blog, "The Greater Evil,"

To date, no one has been able to show that this bogus image was the result of scanner artifacts, JPG artifacts, anti-aliased text, or any other naturally occurring phenomenon.

There is only one possible way for the Obama COLB image to look the way it does, and that's by forgery.
