I don't like whiners....

You've known them ... those people who whine and blame everyone else for everything. Hot Air had this take of former President George W. Bush since his book, "Decision Points," comes out today:

The book does highlight ... a fundamental difference between George Bush and Barack Obama. Bush never complains. He never blames others. He takes full responsibility for his campaigns, his administration, his life. He accepts the cards he’s dealt. That’s the George Bush I know.
