St. Patrick's Day 2014 ... at 9:30 a.m. it's still snowing with 8-10 inches of snow on the ground, temperature is 24 degrees, and we're under a winter storm warning until this afternoon. The snow began yesterday afternoon a little past 2:00 as rain mixed with snow with the temperature at 41 but it quickly dropped and the rain turned to all snow. By 4:00 it was sticking to grassy areas.
