Ever notice how some people sit around and complain about everyone else? It brings to mind the grasshopper and the ant ... the grasshopper fiddled away his day and complained while the ant diligently worked toward a goal ... and achieved it.
The proof is in the pudding ... if you do your job it will prove you out. But there are still those who complain, whine, try to distance themselves from the worker bees for one reason or another....
What to do? Avoid being sidetracked by those who don't want to strive for it themselves. The work you accomplish will achieve your goal ... and that is all that counts.
