Chaz for Clerk of Court

Chaz Evans Haywood for Clerk of Court!

The Clerk of Court race for Harrisonburg-Rockingham County has drawn some attention because of the number of candidates who have thrown their hats into the ring ... is it eight now? Chaz would be great for the job.

This is a man who worked for Senator George Allen and Congressman Bob Goodlatte and has many connections in the community. He is personable and works well with the public. He is diplomatic which is essential when serving in public office, and he's a military veteran so he understands the importance of national security.

Chaz ... at your service:

  • Virginia Army National Guard, Retention Non-Commissioned Officer/Dragon Missile Leader
  • Awarded the United States Army Achievement Medal for meritorious service
  • 2nd Vice Commander of Harrisonburg American Legion Post 188
  • Non-Commissioned Officer Academy located at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA: graduated with honors
  • Member of Rockingham Memorial Hospital Foundation Board
  • President of Harrisonburg Rotary Club with 208 active members
  • Regional Director for Senator George Allen with oversight of 19 counties and 8 cities representing 1.2 million Virginia citizens
  • Regional Representative for Congressman Bob Goodlatte and Constituent services for Harrisonburg and Rockingham County
  • Graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science

In my years volunteering with the local Republicans, Chaz has always been dependable , helpful, and friendly. Chaz would make a great Clerk of Court for Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.
