Get ready for tonight's debate where Republican Paul Ryan will face off against Democrat Joe Biden. According to the Friends of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce newsletter, expect Biden to come out of the gate swinging in an aggressive pursuit of Ryan after President Barack Obama's disastrous performance last week against Republican Mitt Romney.
