And it ain't even THINKING about being over.
This anvil around their necks insures a stronger Democratic majority and a Democratic president in 2008.
Look at the polling.
If anyone cares to explain to me why the Republicans - or at least some of them, like goodlatte - have chosen to commit political suicide over this issue, I'm quite interested.
Once again, Bob Goodlatte has proven himself to be a despicable human being, and unworthy to represent the 6th district.
Big Tobacco over our children, eh?
You say, 'Nancy Pelosi and the Dems."
What of the Republicans who voted to overturn this President's unconscionable veto?
I suppose they are traitors to America, right?
I wouldn't gloat if I were you, Lynnzie, because this one is going to cost the Republicans.
Dearly.
Why have 13 Republicans resigned, stated their intent to resign, or declared that they will not seek re election in trhe last week to ten days?
Rats. Leaving a sinking ship.
Compassionate conservatives, my tuchus.

I could not of said it better myself.

Eddie Garcia, your hysteria does not play well here where we work off facts, not mistruths. See my posting, "SCHIP ... the real story" with Two Conservatives' explanation of the democrat and media spin to exploit the issue.

I expect misguided ranting from 20-somethings. I'm surprised when I hear it from 40-somethings.
